We've updated our privacy policy to provide you with more information on how PR UK protects your privacy, including information on how to exercise your rights to your data. Here at PR UK we are dedicated to protecting the privacy of each and every one of our staff and clients. We will not disclose any information regarding you to any third parties.

Consent

PR UK will not provide or sell any of your personal details or any payment details to third parties.

Communication

If you have recently worked for us we may update you on future jobs via phone and e-mail.

Cookies

Cookies are small files which are sent to your computer and are stored on your hard drive. If you registered with us, your computer may an identifying cookie which will save you time every time you visit www.ethnicreach.co.uk and www.pr-uk.com You can cancel these by changing the settings on your browser.

Protecting your security

We may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity – a credit check is not performed and your credit rating is unaffected.

Checking your details

If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to www.ethnicreach.co.uk you may do so by contacting us via e-mail at arti@ethnicreach.co.uk

We (PR UK and Ethnic Reach) send job and account-related emails (such as open jobs; invoices; your personal details and more) to your provided email address and mobile number. For that reason we need to store your email address and mobile number while you remain a staff member. Some members of our staff and/or clients who use your stored information for administration purposes may be able to access your data. We value your privacy, so the access to data is provided on a need-to-know basis in order to operate the business.

If you decide that you no longer want to remain as an active staff member and would like to have your personal data removed from our database (or if you’d like to get a copy of all the personal data we have for you), please send an email arti@ethnicreach.co.uk

If you believe that your personal data has been misused, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We’re obliged by EU General Data Protection Regulation to let you know about this right; we don’t actually intend to misuse your data!
